Community Group Leadership Resources

As leaders in community, we want to use our God given gifts and learn how to better care for others.
Below you will find resources hand picked to help you grow personally and server others better.

6 Recommended Books for Community Group Leaders

1. Prodigal God
2. Jesus+Nothing=Everything

These books should be in any leaders reading list. These books will not only help you understand the Gospel, but will also help you articulate it to the people you are ministering too.

3. Relationships, A Mess Worth Making
4. Instruments in the Redeemers Hands

In these books, Paul Tripp and Tim Lane, help explain how the Gospel changes our relationships and how to help hurting people. As we seek to live in Gospel centered community, these will become invaluable tools to help others through the messiness of life.

5. The Gospel Centered Community

This book helps describe in detail why community is important and also list practical ways to live them out.

6. Multiply

Francis Chan and Mark Beuving have created a great resource for discipleship. The book is connected to a great website called Multiply Movement where you can read online, download pdf versions of the book, listen to the book on audio, and watch a video presentation of each chapter in the book

Free copies of these books are available for Community Group leaders at the Redeemer Office. Email Andy Fletcher for a copy: community@theredeemerchurch.com.
