Elders
Elders are responsible to pray, spend time in God’s word, listen to the church, and set up the vision for the church so that the Deacons can manage it and the partners (members) can live it out.
Staff
Staff helps manage the vision of the elders, enabling the church to be engaged in discipleship and equipped to do the work of ministry.
Partners
We call those who commit to our local fellowship “partners”. Partners (members) are the ones who live out the vision for the church that is set up by the elders and managed by staff.
